1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging our production, facilitation, permitting, and fixing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Offered

Niigma Films provides production coordination, location scouting, local crew sourcing, catering, logistics support, and government accreditation sponsorship. All services are subject to separate formal production service agreements signed by both parties, which will supersede these general terms in the event of conflict.

3. Filming Permits & Government Liaison

Niigma Films acts as a registered local sponsor to apply for and obtain necessary filming permits from Mozambican commissions, including INICC (National Film Commission), ANAC (Conservation Areas), and GABINFO (Foreign Press Accreditation). You agree that:

• You must supply accurate and complete passport scans, equipment lists, and production treatments in a timely manner.
• Niigma is not responsible for delays or application rejections caused by government authorities, changes in local policy, or incorrect documentation provided by the client.

4. Customs & Equipment Temporary Imports

For any professional production equipment brought into Mozambique, clients must supply an accurate Equipment Manifest. Niigma Films coordinates temporary customs clearance. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all equipment declared on the import manifest is re-exported from Mozambique upon the conclusion of the shoot.

5. Booking, Cancellation & Payments

Engagement of production services is governed by the following financial guidelines:

• Deposits: A non-refundable setup and permitting fee is required before applications are submitted to government boards.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Clients are liable for all non-recoverable deposits, crew day-rates, and location booking fees incurred up to the time of cancellation.
• Payments: Surcharge rates may apply to international bank transfers or urgent cash disbursements required on-set.

6. Health, Safety & Production Insurance

While Niigma Films coordinates secure transport, local fixers, and security teams, clients must maintain comprehensive general liability and production insurance covering their equipment, cast, and crew. Niigma Films is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring during production unless directly caused by gross negligence of our staff.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all footage, audio, and creative deliverables produced by the client during the shoot remain the sole intellectual property of the client. Niigma Films reserves the right to use behind-the-scenes photographs or public credits for marketing purposes, subject to client non-disclosure agreements.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mozambique. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maputo, Mozambique.
